  • 2 10oz olives (Spanish Queen Olives)
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes (sliced in half)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 small purple onion (sliced thin)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese (shredded)

Cooking Instructions

  • Combine tomatoes, olives, lemon juice, pepper, garlic, and onions in a medium sized airtight container.
