- 2 10oz olives (Spanish Queen Olives)
- 1 pint grape tomatoes (sliced in half)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 small purple onion (sliced thin)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese (shredded)

- Combine tomatoes, olives, lemon juice, pepper, garlic, and onions in a medium sized airtight container.
